The opportunity to help develop and grow an already well-established Aviation training materials provider across, the UK, Europe, and the rest of the world.

Role Overview
To provide administrative support to the business to business team, helping to maintain effective communications with existing and potential partner schools.
The successful candidate for this position will have proven customer service skills and show the ability to work to deadlines and targets while always being a team player.
Working closely with the Business and Communications Manager, to develop the number of Aviation schools Bristol Groundschool supplies training materials to while retaining existing partner schools.
The right candidate communicates well, has a high level of attention to detail. The right candidate will also work well under pressure, is very proactive, initiates relaxed but informative two-way conversations with prospects and existing customers and is highly self-motivated.

Responsibilities:
• Provide effective admin support to ensure the smooth operation of the business-to-business work of Bristol Groundschool.
• Develop and maintain relations with customers by providing a high-quality service.
• Support the research, generation and nurturing of new prospects using a variety of communication channels.
• Maintain accurate activity information in the CRM application.
• Efficiently and effectively respond to inbound enquiries and follow up on existing customer enquiries.
• Maintain an updated competitor activity spreadsheet.
• Attend relevant aviation-related events to raise awareness of the product and service, as required.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the BGS training package and how it can best work for different customers.
• Maintain regular timely contact/follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
• Help to identify and create relevant content such as case studies, blogs, articles, for dissemination to new and existing clients working closely with the Digital Marketing Executive.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills. (Essential)
• A dynamic, proactive approach to working with potential and existing B2B customers, quickly identifying, and addressing their needs, and helping ensure a high level customer satisfaction. (Essential)
• Resilient and resourceful with a can-do attitude (Essential)
• Experience working with a CRM. (Desirable)
• The ability to quickly build a strong rapport with potential customers. (Essential)
• A well-organised approach to managing workload, being able to prioritise effectively and demonstrating strong time-management skills. (Essential)

What experience you’ll need?
• Clear and confident communicator, both spoken and written.
• Proven customer service and administration experience with excellent attention to detail.
• A keen eye for detail and a high standard of accuracy of work.
• Confident in using Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Good planning and organisation skills – meeting deadlines and measuring performance against goals, evaluating results consistently.
• Previous business to business customer relations experience is desirable.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Business and Communications Manager to help drive Bristol Groundschool Business to Business (B2B) revenue.
