Our ATPL webinars are online lessons taught by BGS instructors, and cover specific topics within ATPL subjects. The webinars cover both fixed wing (A) and helicopter (H) subjects.
We run 4-5 live webinars each week, each around 90 minutes long. They are interactive, meaning you can ask questions as you go along. Live webinars count towards your classroom hours requirement.
We also have an extensive library of over 200 hours of recorded ATPL webinars, covering the ATPL syllabus, for you to watch, but these do not count towards your classroom hours requirement.

Webinars are included as part of the package for students who’ve bought a full BGS course or module. Information on taking part in webinars will be sent to you once you sign up with us.
Unlike our revision weeks, there is no limit to the number of webinars which you can attend. This makes them an ideal tool for preparing for your theory exams.
How to watch webinars
While specific instructions will be sent to you upon enrolling with us, you will need a tablet or laptop and a good internet connection (faster than 2 Mbps) in order to watch them.
You will be able to see the schedule of webinars around a week in advance, and book onto the ones you are interested in.
Distance learning ATPL theory
Webinars form part of our distance learning course, which also includes online revision weeks that you will attend just before sitting exams.
We also have ATPdigital, which is our computer-based training software, and BGS Online – the leading online ATPL question bank.
When combined, these products create a comprehensive learning experience which helps to deliver fantastic results for our students.
