A double bedroom with a Smart TV, blackout blind, desk for studying, Wi-Fi, towels and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom has underfloor heating, walk-in shower and a bath. Students are welcome to use the washing machine and iron, and the kitchen in the evenings to prepare their own meal. Otherwise there are plenty of take aways, bars and restaurants less than 10 minutes’ walk from the house. Students are welcome to smoke in the garden. I live with my friendly little dog, Mimi, who will greet you as if you were a long lost buddy!
I want you to feel completely at home so please just let me know if you need anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible and then you can concentrate on your studies.

Depending on arrival times I can usually arrange to collect you from Bristol Airport (£22) or Bristol Coach Station £25) (a taxi costs around £30) or Yatton train station (£10). Just ask! I can also offer a lift to and from the Groundschool if you don’t have transport and don’t want to walk, for which I charge £6.50 a day. This is England and it rains!
