1 * double bedroom with WiFi, Smart TV, blackout blind, desk for studying, towels and tea and coffee making facilities.
The (shared) bathroom has underfloor heating, basin, walk-in shower and a bath.
The price includes a continental breakfast of tea/coffee, juice/fruit, cereal and toast/croissant.
Students are welcome to use the washing machine and iron, and the kitchen in the evenings to prepare your own meal. Otherwise there are plenty of take aways, bars and restaurants less than 10 minutes’ walk from the house.
You are welcome to smoke in the garden.

I speak fluent French and Spanish and I’m happy to help you if you are also learning English.
Depending on arrival times I can usually arrange to collect you from Bristol Airport or Bristol Coach Station for £20 (a taxi costs around £30) or Yatton train station for £10. Just ask! I can also offer a lift to and from the Groundschool if you don’t have transport and don’t want to walk, for which I charge £6.50 a day. This is England and it rains!
