BGS Online
Did you get your subsription free with ATPdigital, or did you purchase a subscription?

Do you have any of these symptoms?

I changed my BGS Online password – it worked OK at first but now I can’t log on
Your username and password for BGS Online are the same as your ATPdigital credentials. If you change them in BGS Online, they will be reset to match your ATPdigital credentials each day, so there is no point in changing them on BGS Online.

When I try to log on, I’m taken to the subscription page
You get a free subscription with ATPdigital – usually for 12 months. When it expires, you’ll be offered a 50% discount on your first BGS Online paid subcription (however long you chose) after which you’ll pay the normal price.

Do you have any of these symptoms?

I don’t seem to see the questions I’m expecting: either questions are missing or I see questions not relevant to my licence.
Please check that you have the appropriate licence selected. After loging onto to BGS Online, navigate to the dashboard, select ‘User Profile’ then select your licnece type from the dropdown list of ‘Available exams’. If you are a helicopter pilot, be aware of the difference between ATPL(H) and ATPL(H)/IR.
