I have recently received my last set of ATPL results, all of which I passed with good marks. I started with Bristol Groundschool post-collapse of FTA Global, which at the time caused a lot of stress & anxiety over how I could possibly finish my ATPL ground school. After hearing only positive reviews from BGS students, it seemed appropriate to pick up the phone and see how I could start.
I was shocked and thoroughly relieved to be told that BGS was offering no-cost access to your excellent software and services, for everyone affected. It is through this astounding generosity that I have managed to complete the ATPL written exams (in addition to a totally stress-free migration from FTA!).
I’d like to thank everybody involved for this opportunity to continue my theoretical knowledge exams, it is something I certainly won’t forget!

Additionally, I’d like to express my praise and utmost gratitude for those ‘on the desk’ who I have dealt with over the last few months. I have never (especially within flying!) experienced such a high standard of customer service. No matter the question or problem (whether it was during migration from in-person to digital ground school, or even complex CAA related issues later down the line), BGS staff immediately sorted it out for me and gave me additional advice on how to go forward with my flight training. I don’t think there’s been a single instance where an issue has taken longer than two minutes to resolve. Astounding work.
I’ll be recommending BGS to anyone that asks how to go about doing ATPL ground school. Frankly, I wish I could have done it from the beginning!
