From the start, the team at BGS was helpful and patient as I downloaded all that I needed to study for my PPL A. I had reason to call them on occasions and my queries were responded to quickly and efficiently. I even called one of their instructors, who, like the rest of the team, could not have been more accommodating and helpful. I found the course itself well presented and illustrated. The nine topics were clearly and simply expressed, making learning about a whole new world much easier than would otherwise have been the case. I also found the question bank most helpful, with excellent explanations to answers where they were needed. I would recommend BGS to any student, of any age, who wants to learn to fly. The course provides a solid base from which to carry on learning about the skill and joy of flying.
